Our Sloe Gin is a product that impresses not only with its contents, but also with its appearance: the deep red Sloe Gin, wrapped in a label that captures the essence of the Roaring Twenties, with a touch of luxury and elegance. The design is in the Art Deco style, so characteristic of that era. An eye-catcher that only increases the anticipation of opening the bottle. On the one hand, the label reflects the history of Sloe Gin, with its birth in the bar world of the jubilant 1920s, but is also fundamentally a homage to the institution of the "bar." What is Sloe Gin?
Sloe Gin is enjoying growing popularity among spirits lovers. But what exactly is it? Essentially, sloe gin is a gin-based sloe liqueur . Sloes, small blue-black fruits with a characteristic tart-sweet flavor, are combined with juniper-accented gin. We've refined our sloe gin with carefully selected organic botanicals. The cocoa bean it contains gives the sloe gin a chocolatey finish. The result is a harmonious interplay of fruity, tart, and spicy flavors that makes THE DUKE Sloe Gin a unique and distinctive culinary experience. At 30% ABV, our sloe gin is slightly stronger than our sloe liqueur.
How do you drink sloe gin?
Sloe Gin is perfect on its own, but it also works wonderfully in cocktails, mulled gin , aperitifs, and as a long drink. A sloe & tonic gives the classic gin & tonic a particularly fruity twist. Sloe Gin also works well in combination with lemon for a Sloe Gin Fizz and with pineapple juice for a Sloe Killer . For all whiskey lovers, we recommend the Sloe Down with orange zest.
