Sloe Down
The Sloe Down is a drink made with THE DUKE Sloe Gin, smoky whiskey and chocolate syrup, built straight in the glass and served in a coupe. It needs no shaker and is ready in about three minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cl THE DUKE Sloe Gin
- 3 cl smoky whiskey (ideally Scotch)
- 1 bar spoon (alternatively teaspoon) chocolate syrup
- orange zest
Preparation
THE DUKE Sloe Gin, whiskey and chocolate syrup in a glass filled with ice mixing glass and stir for about 1/2 minute. Pour into a chilled martini glass (or other Strain into a stemmed glass and garnish with orange zest.

- Let it Sloe: With THE DUKE Rough Gin.
- Sloe Gin Fizz: With sloe gin.
- Sloe killer: With pineapple juice.
- Sloe negroni: With red vermouth.
