Ingredients:
- 5 cl THE DUKE – Amazed
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white (alternatively: aquafaba for a vegan version)
- ice cubes
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker without ice (dry shake). Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with lemon zest.
