It's summer - the time of year when you love to spend day and night outside. There are many suitable drinks for hot weather and they all have one thing in common: they cool and refresh. It can also be fruity and that's why we would like to introduce you to a few Spritz variations that taste best in good company late in the afternoon on terraces, balconies and windowsills.
A classic spritz usually consists of three elements: white sparkling wine (Prosecco, Champagne or sparkling wine), soda water and a spirit. Numerous variations can be built on this basis so that every palate can be happy. That too gin With its characteristic juniper note, it fits perfectly into this structure, but is still less known to many. It brings a pleasant variety into play and therefore the soda water in classic gin can be replaced with champagne. We would like to introduce you to four simple recipes for sparkling summer drinks, which can of course be varied as desired: a “classic” Gin Royal Fizz and three fruity Gin Spritz variations – Gin Aronia Spritz, Gin Grapefruit Spritz and Gin Strawberry Spritz.
