White Russian
The White Russian is a drink made with LION's Vodka, coffee liqueur and cream, shaken over ice and served in a tumbler. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cl LION's Vodka
- 3 cl coffee liqueur
- 5-6 cl cream
Preparation
Fill tumbler with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka and coffee liqueur and stir with a bar spoon until the glass fogs up. Pour the cream into the shaker. Close it tightly and shake briefly and vigorously until the cream is thick. Alternatively, briefly whip the cream with a hand mixer. Carefully pour the semi-stiff cream onto the drink to create two layers. Garnish with a coffee bean.
