Watermelon Sugar High
The Watermelon Sugar High is a drink made with LION's Vodka, fresh lime juice and Prosecco, shaken over ice. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cl LION's Vodka
- 7 cl Fresh watermelon juice from approx. 100g pulp
- 1 cl fresh lime juice
- 8cl Prosecco
- 2 cl soda water
Preparation
Put approx. 100 g of watermelon flesh into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously and shake with lime juice, vodka and ice. Then double strain into a wine glass filled with ice and carefully pour in Prosecco and soda. Finally garnish with a piece of melon.
Variations
- Apple Moscow Mule: With apple juice.
- B-Clear: With drops of Full Spectrum 5% CBD oil.
- Bloody Mary: With tomato juice.
- Nettle highball: With nettle reduction.
