Wandarine
Ingredients
- 4 cl THE DUKE Wanderlust Gin
- 1/2 tangerine
- 1/4 pomegranate
- 3 cl grapefruit juice
- 3 cl rhubarb juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup
Preparation
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and muddle in a shaker. Squeeze out the juice from half the tangerine and add it to the shaker along with the remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and then double strain in a tumbler filled with ice. Finally garnish with tangerine and pomegranate.
