5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin or THE DUKE Wanderlust Gin
2 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl raspberry syrup (e.g. d'arbo)
1 BL sweet mustard (e.g. Händlmaier)
3-4 leaves of tarragon
8-10 cl dry tonic water
Add gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and mustard to the shaker. Add 3-4 tarragon leaves and muddle lightly. Shake vigorously with ice for 15-20 seconds and double strain into a frosted Weck cylinder glass (or a highball glass if you don't have one) over fresh ice. Then pour in dry tonic water and stir briefly. Garnish with fresh tarragon and a small salted pretzel for a Bavarian touch.
