tea time
The tea time is a drink made with THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin, Earl Gray tea bag and lemon juice. This is the more demanding kind: one ingredient has to be made first, so allow eight minutes or more.

Ingredients
- 5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
- 1 Earl Gray tea bag
- 2.5 cl lemon juice
- 2.5 cl honey syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Pour the gin into a glass along with the tea bag until the gin turns a dark color. Pour the gin infusion together with all remaining ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cup and garnish with a sprig of lavender.
