Ingredients
5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
1 Earl Gray tea bag
2.5 cl lemon juice
2.5 cl honey syrup
1 egg white
preparation
Pour the gin into a glass along with the tea bag until the gin turns a dark color. Pour the gin infusion together with all remaining ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cup and garnish with a sprig of lavender.
