Secret Gardens
The Secret Gardens is a drink made with THE DUKE Gin Hibiscus infused and Kombucha Gunpowder-Mint. This is the more demanding kind: one ingredient has to be made first, so allow eight minutes or more.

Ingredients
- 5cl THE DUKE Gin Hibiscus infused*
- Tonic water
- Kombucha Gunpowder-Mint (e.g. ManuTeeFaktur)
Preparation
Pour the Hibiscus Infused Gin into a long drink glass filled with ice Add, fill with Kombucha Gunpowder Mint and top with tonic water. Stir briefly and garnish with a sprig of mint and hibiscus flowers.
*Preparation of infusion:
350 ml THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
10 g hibiscus flowers (dried)
Put them together in a container and let them steep for about 2 hours. Strain through a sieve and pour into a glass bottle.
