Ingredients
5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
4cl champagne
1 whole egg (optional)
preparation
Shake gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup (and egg) in a shaker over ice. Then strain into a cocktail glass, a martini glass or a champagne glass with ice cubes, pour in champagne and garnish with a lemon zest.
