Royal Gin Fizz mit THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

Ingredients

  • 5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
  • 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 4cl champagne
  • 1 whole egg (optional)

Preparation

Shake gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup (and egg) in a shaker over ice. Then strain into a cocktail glass, a martini glass or a champagne glass with ice cubes, pour in champagne and garnish with a lemon zest.
