Roughest Toughest Sweety


4 cl THE DUKE Rough Gin

3 cl lime juice

2.5 cl sugar syrup

2-3 cl blackberry puree

15 leaves Fresh mint

Ginger beer


Shake gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, blackberry puree and mint vigorously over ice. Then strain into a tumbler filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh mint and blackberries.

By the way, James T. Hunt uses strawberry puree instead of blackberry puree in the original recipe.
