3 cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
2 cl St. Germain elderflower liqueur
2 cl sugar syrup
2 cl fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
2 cl red wine
For the Red Wine Gin Sour, shake all ingredients except the red wine for approx. 15-20 seconds, then add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15-20 seconds. Then pour into an empty shaker and shake for another 15-20 seconds. Pour the drink into a glass filled with ice.
Now pour in the red wine and stir well with a bar spoon. Alternative: Pour red wine over the drink using a bar spoon in the middle of the glass; due to its weight, it will automatically sink below the foam layer to create a colorful effect.
