Ingredients
4 cl LION's Vodka
2 cl Japanese plum wine
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
1 plum
1 egg white
preparation
Muddle the plum in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a slice of plum.
