Plum Vodka Sour

Pflaumen Vodka Sour mit Lion's Vodka

Ingredients

  • 4 cl LION's Vodka
  • 2 cl Japanese plum wine
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 plum
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

Muddle the plum in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a slice of plum.
