Plum Vodka Sour
The Plum Vodka Sour is a sour made with LION's Vodka, Japanese plum wine and lemon juice, shaken over ice and served in a tumbler. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cl LION's Vodka
- 2 cl Japanese plum wine
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 plum
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Muddle the plum in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a slice of plum.
