1 stalk of lemongrass
Put approx. 250 g of watermelon pulp into a cocktail shaker. Cut the lemongrass into approx. 1 cm small pieces and shake vigorously together with the watermelon in a shaker until the melon is liquid. Squeeze half the lemon, add the juice along with the gin and shake everything together with ice. Then double strain into a long drink glass filled with ice and garnish with a piece of melon.
