The morning dew is a drink made with THE DUKE ENTGEISTERT, fresh lime juice and Earl Grey Tea, shaken over ice and served in a coupe. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 5 cl THE DUKE ENTGEISTERT
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- 3 cl Earl Grey Tea
- 3 tablespoons fig jam
Preparation
Pour in the Earl Grey tea and let it cool. Combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fig slice.
