Ingredients
- 4 cl THE DUKE Wanderlust Gin
- 2 cl Yuzu Sake
- 4 cl Matcha Cordial*
- 2.5 - 3 cl lime juice
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice and strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a dried pineapple.
* Production of Matcha Cordial
550ml Calpis
400ml Orgeat
1/2 tbsp matcha
1 vanilla pod
Bring all ingredients to the boil while stirring. Then let it cool and double strain into a bottle.
