Makoto mit Salted Lion's Vodka



7cl salted LION's Vodka*

2 cl lime juice

3 cl Miso Cream Reduction**

2 Dash Ms Better's Bitter Chocolate

Dark Chocolate Crusta***


Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice and strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with gypsophila.

*Salted LION's Vodka

Depending on your taste, you can salt the LION's Vodka in advance (e.g. 25 g to 70 cl) or add the salt separately to the shaker (depending on your taste).

**Production of Miso Cream Reduction

1 l cream

850g sugar

2.5 tbsp miso paste

Bring all ingredients to the boil while stirring until the miso paste has dissolved. Then let it cool down and pour it into a clean container. Store in a cool place.

*** Making Dark Chocolate Crusta

Warm the dark chocolate and dip the edge of the guest glass into the liquid chocolate. Then place directly in the refrigerator (not in the freezer compartment).
