Ingredients
5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
1/4 pomegranate
5 Physalis
4 cl rhubarb juice
1 cl sugar syrup
1 egg white
preparation
Remove the seeds from a quarter of a pomegranate, separate the physalis from the shell and muddle both together in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously without ice to create a nice foam. Add ice and shake again. Finally, double strain into a frosted cocktail bowl.
