love grenade
The love grenade is a drink made with THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin, pomegranate and Physalis, shaken over ice and served in a coupe. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
- 1/4 pomegranate
- 5 Physalis
- 4 cl rhubarb juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Remove the seeds from a quarter of a pomegranate, separate the physalis from the shell and muddle both together in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously without ice to create a nice foam. Add ice and shake again. Finally, double strain into a frosted cocktail bowl.
