Ingredients
6 cl LION's Vodka
2.5 cl Cordial*
Garnish: lime zest
preparation
Mix both ingredients together in a mixing glass over ice for a minute, strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass, spray with lime zest and serve.
*Production of Cordial:
Vacuum pack 100 g lime zest with 1000 g sugar and let it steep for 10 hours. Dissolve the resulting Oleo Saccharum in water, sieve out the zest and then bring to the boil. Allow to cool and bottle.
