Ingredients
5cl LION's Vodka
3 cl fermented cucumber syrup*
2 cl Clarified Lime
9 cl soda
Garnish: cucumber slices and flowers
preparation
Mix the vodka, syrup and clarified lime in a glass with ice, top up with soda and stir again. Finally garnish with cucumber slices and flowers.
*Production of fermented cucumber syrup:
Grate 1 cucumber, add 1 teaspoon of salt. Vacuum seal the whole thing and let it ferment for four weeks, then press the cucumbers through a sieve and collect the juice. Boil 1:1 with sugar to form a syrup.
