Kiwi Gin Collins
Ingredients
- 5cl THE DUKE Rough Gin
- 1 kiwi, roughly chopped
- Lime juice (1/2 lime)
- 2 tsp sugar
- Soda water
Preparation
Put gin, kiwi, lime juice and sugar in a shaker and muddle with a muddler until a thick mixture is formed. Fill the glass with ice and strain the drink over it. Top with soda and garnish with the kiwi slice.
