Green Hornets
The Green Hornets is a drink made with THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin, lime juice and kiwi, shaken over ice. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
- 2.5 cl lime juice
- 1.5 cl sugar syrup
- 1 kiwi
- 13 leaves Fresh tarragon
- Soda water
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously. Then double-strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and top with soda. Garnish with a lime zest and tarragon.
