Green Hornet mit THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

Ingredients

  • 5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
  • 2.5 cl lime juice
  • 1.5 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 kiwi
  • 13 leaves Fresh tarragon
  • Soda water

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously. Then double-strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and top with soda. Garnish with a lime zest and tarragon.
