Ingredients
- 6 cl LION's Munich Handcrafted Vodka
- 5 cl white grape juice
- 1/2 kiwi
- 7 leaves fresh basil
- 2 cl rhubarb juice
- 0.5 cl cassis liqueur
- 4cl ginger ale
Preparation
Peel half a kiwi, put it in a shaker with the basil and muddle vigorously. Then add the remaining ingredients (except ginger ale) and shake over ice. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice, pour in approx. 4 cl of ginger ale and garnish with basil and kiwi.
