Ingredients
6 cl LION's Munich Handcrafted Vodka
5 cl white grape juice
1/2 kiwi
7 leaves fresh basil
2 cl rhubarb juice
0.5 cl cassis liqueur
4cl ginger ale
preparation
Peel half a kiwi, put it in a shaker with the basil and muddle vigorously. Then add the remaining ingredients (except ginger ale) and shake over ice. Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice, pour in approx. 4 cl of ginger ale and garnish with basil and kiwi.
