Ingredients
6 cl THE DUKE - Amazed
1/3 flat peach
2 cl fresh lime juice
1.5 BL forest honey
1 cl mango juice
Fresh rosemary
preparation
Cut 1/3 of a ripe flat peach into small pieces and put it in a shaker together with THE DUKE spirits and honey. Remove the needles from a stem of rosemary, add them to the shaker and muddle. Add lime juice and mango juice and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a frosted cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed rosemary sprig.
If desired, the drink can be supplemented with 2 cl of tonic water or prosecco.
