Dear Ghost
Ingredients
- 6 cl [THE DUKE - Aghast](/collections/alkoholfrei/products/the-duke-entgeistert-alkoholfrei)
- 1/3 flat peach
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- 1.5 tablespoons of forest honey
- 1 cl mango juice
- Fresh rosemary
Preparation
Chop 1/3 of a ripe peach into small pieces and place it in a shaker along with THE DUKE Spirit and honey. Strip the needles from a rosemary stalk, add them to the shaker, and muddle. Add the lime juice and mango juice and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a frosted cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed rosemary sprig.
If desired, the drink can be supplemented with 2 cl of tonic water or prosecco.
