Club country highball
The Club country highball is a highball made with LION's Vodka, White Port and verjuice, shaken over ice. You will need a shaker and a strainer; allow about five minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 cl LION's Vodka
- 3cl White Port
- 2 cl verjuice
- 1 cl Creme de Cacao
- 1 Dash Angostura
- 1 BL Creme de Mente
Preparation
Shake all ingredients over ice and then pour into a long drink glass filled with ice. Add 1 dash of soda and sprinkle with an orange zest. Finally garnish with mint, chocolate chips and orange zest.

- Nettle highball: With nettle reduction.
- Apple Moscow Mule: With apple juice.
- B-Clear: With drops of Full Spectrum 5% CBD oil.
- Bloody Mary: With tomato juice.
