6 cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin or THE DUKE Wanderlust Gin
4 cl cherry syrup
1/6 vanilla pulp from a vanilla pod
20 cl Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
8 ice cube cherries*
Mix gin, scraped vanilla pulp and cherry syrup in a cocktail shaker. Put the ice cube cherries in a glass and pour the mixed drink over them. Fill with tonic water, stir everything together, add the scraped vanilla pod and garnish with the mint.

Place the pitted cherries in an ice cube tray, fill with water and freeze
