Cassis Castle mit THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

Ingredients

  • 5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
  • 3 BL black currant jam
  • 8 cl blackcurrant juice
  • 6 blackberries
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Place the blackberries in a shaker and muddle with a pestle. Squeeze half the lemon and add the juice with the remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice, strain into an ice-filled tumbler and garnish with a blackberry and lemon zest.
