Brennnessel Highball mit Lion's Vodka

Nettle highball

Ingredients

4 cl LION's Vodka

4 cl nettle reduction*

0.5 cl fresh lime juice

1.5 cl Cordial

10 leaves Fresh mint

Ginger ale

preparation

Put the mint in a shaker with the remaining ingredients except ginger ale and shake vigorously with ice. Then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a little mint before serving.

*Production of nettle reduction

Add 15 g of nettle tea to 500 ml of hot water and let it steep for five to ten minutes. Remove the tea bags, let the tea simmer gently on the stove and reduce to a third of the quantity. Then let it cool down.
