Ingredients
4 cl Baked apple vodka*
4 cl clear apple juice
preparation
Pour baked apple vodka and apple juice into a shaker and shake vigorously over ice. Strain into a small tumbler filled with an ice cube and garnish with a slice of baked apple.

50 cl LION's Vodka
2 apples
Cinnamon
Sugar
1 vanilla pod
2 cloves
3 allspice grains
Halve and core the apples. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the apple halves with it. Bake the apples in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes until they turn golden brown. Place the finished baked apples in a Weck glass and pour the vodka over them. Cut open the vanilla pod and add it along with the cloves and allspice seeds. Close the Weck jar and let it steep for 3 days. Then strain.
