5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
3 cl apple juice, naturally cloudy
THE DUKE Ginger Beer
Place the needles from a small sprig of rosemary in a shaker with the gin and muddle the rosemary with a pestle. Add the apple juice and shake vigorously with ice. Then double strain into a long drink glass filled with ice, pour in ginger beer and garnish with an apple slice, a sprig of rosemary and a little cinnamon.
