Winter apple
Ingredients
- 6 cl THE DUKE Rough Gin
- 6 cl apple cider
- 1.5 cl lime juice
- 3 cl honey syrup*
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 apple (small sticks)
Preparation
For the winter apple cocktail, shake all ingredients well over ice. Fill cocktail glass with ice and apple pieces. Strain the drink into the glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
*Production of honey syrup
3 cl honey
3 cl water
Pour the water and honey into a sealable preserving jar, close and shake well until the honey has mixed with the water to form a homogeneous liquid.
