Ingredients
2 cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
2 BL lavender blossom honey
2 cl fresh lemon juice
3-5 leaves of fresh sage
Bitter lemon
preparation
Shake all ingredients, except bitter lemon, firmly and for a long time on plenty of ice, double strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes, pour in bitter lemon and then garnish (lemon spiral and sage sprig).
