Vermillion
Ingredients
- 2 cl THE DUKE Rough Gin
- 1 cl lime juice
- 1 cl thyme-cinnamon-ginger syrup*
- 4 cl fresh blood orange juice
Preparation
Fill a glass with ice, followed by thyme-cinnamon-ginger syrup, gin, lime and blood orange juice. Now stir the drink carefully, drape the blood orange or orange slice and the thyme sprig and enjoy.
*Manufacture Thyme-cinnamon-ginger syrup
A few sprigs of thyme
Ginger
Pinch of cinnamon
150 g cane sugar
150ml water
Put all the ingredients in a pan or pot, bring to the boil briefly, then cover and let cool for at least 1 hour.
