Strawberry Lime Gin Collins

Fill a glass with ice, then add gin, lime juice and strawberry syrup and stir with a bar spoon. Top with soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

*Production of strawberry syrup:

100 ml water

100g sugar

60 g strawberries (cut into pieces)

Heat sugar, water and strawberries in a non-stick pan until the sugar completely dissolves while stirring. Then let it steep over low heat until the strawberries gradually dissolve, stirring occasionally. Then stir the mixture through a kitchen sieve and let it cool.

Only 2 cl of syrup is needed per drink. Simply fill the remaining syrup into a sealable bottle, store it refrigerated and use it for the next drinks.
