5cl LION's Vodka
1 BL Acqua di Cedro (citron liqueur)
1 BL Empirical Spirits 'Fallen Pony' (vacuum distillate of quince and quince tea kombucha)

Stir all the ingredients cold in a mixing glass over ice, strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass, spray the drink with lemon zest and then add it to the drink.
