The sterling is a drink made with LION's Vodka, BL Acqua di Cedro and BL Empirical Spirits 'Fallen Pony', built straight in the glass. It needs no shaker and is ready in about three minutes.

Ingredients
- 5cl LION's Vodka
- 1 BL Acqua di Cedro (citron liqueur)
- 1 BL Empirical Spirits 'Fallen Pony' (vacuum distillate of quince and quince tea kombucha)
Preparation
Stir all the ingredients cold in a mixing glass over ice, strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass, spray the drink with lemon zest and then add it to the drink.
Variations
- Apple Moscow Mule: With apple juice.
- B-Clear: With drops of Full Spectrum 5% CBD oil.
- Bloody Mary: With tomato juice.
- Nettle highball: With nettle reduction.
