4 cl THE DUKE Rough Gin
7 cl jasmine green tea
1.5 cl lemon juice
2 cl almond syrup
For a strong aroma, pour at least twice the amount of tea into the jasmine green tea (2-3 bags per cup) and let it cool.
Then put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double-strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a smoke bubble*.
*We recommend a fruity-tart smoke aroma, which goes well with the bitter jasmine tea note.
