Sage Sour

THE DUKE Drink Sage Sour

Ingredients

  • 6 cl [THE DUKE Amazed](/collections/alkoholfrei/products/the-duke-entgeistert-alkoholfrei)
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 2 cl fresh egg white / aquafaba
  • 2-3 sage leaves

Preparation

Muddle the sage leaves in a shaker, then add all other ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Discard the ice and shake again. Double strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
