Purple Vodka Soda
Ingredients
- 4 cl LION's Vodka Butterfly Pea Tea Infused*
- Soda water
- Lemon juice (1/4 lemon)
Preparation
Pour Infused LION’s Vodka into a long drink glass filled with ice and top with soda. Then squeeze a quarter of a lemon into the glass and garnish with a lemon zest.

1 bottle of LION’s Vodka
2-3 tbsp Butterfly Pea Tea
To infuse vodka with Butterfly Pea Tea, just add 2-3 tablespoons of the tea to a vodka bottle. After just a few minutes the vodka turns cobalt blue. As soon as it has reached the desired color (approx. 15-20 minutes), strain the tea out again.
