Purple Negroni

Ingredients

5cl THE DUKE Rough Gin Butterfly Pea Tea Infused*

3 cl vermouth

1 Dash Campari

preparation

Pour the infused gin and vermouth into a tumbler filled with ice and stir. Top with a dash of Campari and garnish with an orange zest. Be careful: the more Campari you add, the more the color of the drink changes from purple to light red.

1 bottle of THE DUKE Rough Gin

2-3 tbsp Butterfly Pea Tea

To infuse THE DUKE Rough Gin with Butterfly Pea Tea, just add 2-3 tablespoons of Butterfly Pea Tea to a gin bottle. After just a few minutes the gin turns blue. As soon as it has reached the desired color (approx. 15-20 minutes), strain the tea out again.
