Pink Gin Rickey

Ingredients

THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin Butterfly Pea Tea Infused*

Lime juice (half a lime)

1 cl sugar syrup (optional)

Tonic water

preparation

First, squeeze the juice of half a lime into a highball glass filled with ice. Then add infused gin and possibly sugar syrup and stir. Top up with tonic water and garnish with a lime zest.

1 bottle of THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

2-3 tbsp Butterfly Pea Tea

To infuse THE DUKE Rough Gin with Butterfly Pea Tea, just add 2-3 tablespoons of Butterfly Pea Tea to a gin bottle. After just a few minutes the gin turns blue. As soon as it has reached the desired color (approx. 15-20 minutes), strain the tea out again.
