Mango Matcha Man

Ingredients

6 cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

3 cl lime juice

1.5 cl sugar syrup

1/2 mango

1 tsp matcha

1 tsp sea salt

preparation

Mix matcha and sea salt in a small, shallow bowl. Rub the rim of a cocktail bowl with a lime wedge and dip into the bowl with the matcha-sea salt mixture. Shake off excess mixture. Cut half the mango into pieces and muddle in a shaker. Add gin, sugar syrup and lime juice and shake vigorously over ice. Pour through a strainer into the prepared glass.
