Let it Sloe

Ingredients  

3 cl THE DUKE Sloe Gin 

2 cl THE DUKE Rough Gin

6 cl apple juice 

6 cl blueberry or red grape juice 

1.5 cl lemon juice 

1 cl speculatius syrup (e.g. from Monin – or simply make it yourself, see below)

Heat the ingredients in a pot on the stove or directly in the cup using a microwave, garnish with speculatius biscuits and enjoy. 

Speculoos Syrup Recipe : In a saucepan, combine 100g of sugar with 100ml of water, add one to two teaspoons of speculatius spice or whole cookies (without chocolate coating). Bring to a boil briefly, then remove from heat. Once the syrup has cooled, strain it through a coffee filter or fine cheesecloth and bottle it. It will keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
