Ingredients
5cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
4 cl lemon juice
4 cl naturally cloudy apple juice
2 sprigs of mint
12 cl ginger beer
preparation
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer vigorously and strain into a long drink glass over fresh ice using a double strainer. Pour in ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint.
