Green LION's
The Green LION's is a drink made with LION's Vodka, Bali's lemonade-coriander reduction and lemon juice, shaken over ice. This is the more demanding kind: one ingredient has to be made first, so allow eight minutes or more.

Ingredients
- 6 cl LION's Vodka
- 2 cl Bali's lemonade-coriander reduction*
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 dash egg white
Preparation
Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into a long drink glass filled with ice. Drape ½ passion fruit decoratively over the drink.
*Making Balis lemonade coriander reduction:
Simmer Bali’s lemonade with freshly cut coriander for 45 minutes. Then strain the liquid from the coriander and let it cool.
Variations
- Apple Moscow Mule: With apple juice.
- B-Clear: With drops of Full Spectrum 5% CBD oil.
- Bloody Mary: With tomato juice.
- Nettle highball: With nettle reduction.
