1 cl Faude Beetroot Spirit
1 cl Faude Cucumber Spirit
0.5 cl rose water
12.5 cl Schweppes Premium Mixer Barrel Ginger Ale
Garnish: dried beetroot slice

Put all the ingredients in a highball glass with ice and put the beetroot chip in the glass as a topping.
