Cotton Candy mit THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin

Ingredients

  • 4 cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
  • 2 cl Creme de Cacao
  • 1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 cl rose water
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Then strain the ice and shake again.

Pour into a cocktail bowl, garnish with cotton candy and a touch of pistachio powder.
