5cl THE DUKE Wanderlust Gin
4 cl clear apple juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Herbal lemonade, e.g. Eizbach Alpengrantler
1 slice of beetroot
Add gin, apple juice and bitters to a highball glass with ice and stir with a bar spoon. Then pour in herbal lemonade and put a wedge of beetroot in the glass. Some of the root beets should reach into the glass so that a little of the color and aroma passes into the drink.
