Frequently asked questions about events & bar catering
How many people can the distillery host as an event location?
Our distillery in Aschheim near Munich offers exclusive space for events from approx. 20 to 80 people, depending on seating and occasion. For larger events, just ask us individually.
What does an event at the THE DUKE distillery cost?
Costs depend on occasion, number of guests, catering and bar package. Every event is individual: we are happy to prepare a transparent, non-binding offer after a short call.
Do you offer mobile bar catering outside the distillery?
Yes. With our three bar concepts (small bar, medium bar, large trailer) we come to you: from private garden parties to large corporate events, in Munich, Bavaria and across Germany.
From how many people can we book exclusive tours and distilling courses?
Exclusive group formats start at approx. 16 people. On request we tailor the entire programme to your team, from private tours to a distilling workshop with your own bottle of gin.
How far in advance should we book our event?
For preferred dates, especially Fridays/Saturdays and the Christmas season, we recommend enquiring 3 to 6 months ahead. Short-notice dates are often still possible: just ask.
Can we choose catering and drinks freely?
Yes: we work with established catering partners while staying fully flexible on menu, drinks packages and bar equipment. Always with our award-winning THE DUKE spirits at the centre.
