5cl THE DUKE Gin Lavender Infusion*
12 cl tonic water
1 lemon zest
Pour all the ingredients into the long drink glass over plenty of ice and garnish the gin and tonic with rosemary and lemon zest. By lightly tapping the rosemary, its aromas develop even better in the drink.
*Preparation of infusion:
70cl THE DUKE Munich Dry Gin
1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
Let the infusion steep for 15 minutes. Then double strain the lavender infusion.
